Process |

- Registration of customers, delivery person and delivery trucks
- Issuance of Smart Distribution Card to customers
- At the start of each journey cycle, delivery person logs-in to handheld terminal using his/her card and transfers inventory, delivery manifest, etc from card.
- At customer's place, delivery person inserts customer's Smart Distribution Card in handheld terminal, selects SKUs and enters quantity delivered or SKUs collected, using menu options
- Details of deliveries made or item collected get stored into chip of the card as well as terminal, with date & time. Delivery manifest and inventory on terminal get updated.
- At the end of journey cycle, transaction details and inventory are uploaded into the system at base station and terminal is logged out. Customer account gets updated in the system.
- Delivery person prints invoice for the month from the terminal and hands it over to the person concerned at the time of last delivery during the calendar month.
