Mr. Anil Kumar (Managing Director)

A 1980 batch B.Tech. (Graduate in Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. He started his career with the DCM Data Products in their systems department. After that he started software business in the name of Computech and later in 1986 laid the foundation of AKS Software Limited, now a part of Amity Group. He is an expert on business applications, cross-platform interfacing, development of new technology etc.

Mr. Suresh Goyal (Director)

He is an entrepreuner cum businessman with interest in Finance and Technology driven products & industries. He has been a guiding force behind the success of AKS's Smart Card operations in India & overseas.

Mr. Manoj K. Bajpai (CEO - US Operations)

A 1993 batch Post graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur (Marketing & Finance) and a graduate from IT-BHU in 1984. He has over 20 years of experience in IT/Projects and 6 years in Smart Card Industry. He has comprehensive understanding of Indian Smart Card Market. He is responsible for business associations and Market Development in India & Overseas.

Mr. Rajeev Chadha (Chief Operating Officer – Sugar Operations)

A commerce graduate with liking for technology moved from finance to IT solutions for Sugar Industry. He has more than 10 years of rich experience in sugar industry. He is responsible for AKS's Sugar Operations.

Mr. Dinesh Goel (Vice President Technical)

A 1977 batch Postgraduate form Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani. He has been associated with AKS for the past 20 years. He has a vast experience of system design and development on cross platforms. Area of expertise include Sugar Cane Management and other applications for Sugar industry. Presently he handles PULSE ERP and Banking Software segments of the company.

Mr. Sarvesh Saxena (Vice President Administration)

A Law graduate with over 28 years of experience. He joined AKS after practicing law for 13 years successfully. He looks after administration and legal matters

Mr.Rajiv Gupta (DGM System)

A 1986 batch Science graduate form K.M.College (Delhi University ). He has been associated with AKS for the past 9 years. He has a vast experience of system design and development on cross platforms. Area of expertise include all commercial applications like Financial and Sales Management, Purchase, Material and Inventory Management, Human Sources and Payroll Management, Logistic System – Warehouse Management etc. for a Factory, Trading Company and small organization. Presently he handles PULSE ERP and Warehouse Management Systems of the company.

Mr. Pankaj Kumar Choudhary (DGM System)

A 1997 batch B.E. ( Graduate in Engineering ) from Priyadarshini Engg. College, Nagpur University. He has been associated with AKS for the past 8 years. He has a vast experience of system design and development on cross platforms. Area of expertise include Sugar Cane Management, Banking, interfacing with RS 232, communication software and other applications for Sugar industry. Presently he handles PULSE ERP of the company.
